The Unisystem marine weighing scale is designed to handle a wide range of environments and requirements. With load capacities ranging from 3 kg to 150 kg, it supports various platform sizes (286×345 mm, 350×350 mm, 348×415 mm, 500×600 mm), making it versatile for different applications. The scale features rapid measurement speeds of 0.4 or 1.0 seconds, allowing for efficient data capture.
Powered by multiple options, including 230VAC, 12-29VDC, or a 12V 7Ah battery, the scale consumes minimal energy, drawing only 25mA at 230VAC and 200mA at 24VDC. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -10°C to +40°C, ensuring reliable performance in various marine environments.
Constructed with durable IP67-rated stainless steel (SAE/AISI 304, EN/DIN 1.4301), the scale is built to withstand harsh conditions. It automatically compensates for environmental factors, such as worldwide gravity variations, motion up to 3 m/s², and tilt up to 18°, ensuring accurate measurements even in challenging marine settings.
Communication is enabled via RS232, and optional label printing and report generation are available for streamlined operations. The scale can be optionally type-approved under Directive 2014/31/EU for European use and certified under SE.C. 28.001.A for Russia.
