Stainless Steel Platform Scale – Dual Ramp
The stainless steel platform scale with dual ramps is built for efficiency in busy industrial environments where fast, continuous weighing is essential. Featuring ramps on both sides, it allows for smooth drive-on, drive-off operation, making it perfect for high-volume workflows involving pallet trucks and trolleys.
Manufactured from high-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel, this scale is designed for hygienic applications and excellent corrosion resistance, making it well suited to food, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries. It is fitted with 4 stainless steel hermetically sealed IP69 load cells, ensuring consistent accuracy and durability in wet and washdown conditions.
This model is available in capacities of 1000kg, 1500kg, and 2000kg, with weighing increments of 0.5kg or 1kg. A range of platform sizes is available, along with pit-mounted options for flush floor installation. The scale is trade approved for use in legal-for-trade applications and can be supplied with ATEX certification for hazardous areas (Zones 1, 2, 21, and 22).
