Modular Metal Weighbridge

The weighbridge is a metal scale with a modular building, to be used in the weighing of vehicles allowed to circulate on the road.
The rolling surface is entirely flat and it’s possible to install it on the ground or recessed into a pit.

The height of the bearing area is only 310 mm with anchor plates in construction; 300 mm with cubicles.

Finished

The scales are delivered with polyurethane paint in blue, colour RAL 5004.

Transport

The modular structure facilitates a means of easy transport and assembly.

Beams and Headers

The scale is made of cross headboards which contain the load cells (2 cells in each headboard) and modules of 1500 mm in width which are inserted in pairs between the headboards.
The length of the modules varies according to the dimensions of the scale

Access to the Loadcells and Weight Capture

Access to the load cells and to the limits is done from the area of the scale, through the sheets screwed to the headboards.
The limits are situated in the 4 corners of the scale. The collecting of the weight is done through analogue compression load cells, although it can also be adapted to other types of load cells for special requests. The display of the weight and the different operations available will depend on indicators, according to customer requirements.
