As both an industrial equipment manufacturer and software provider, our solutions enjoy a close relationship, subsequently powering us to offer an industry-leading door-to-door factory solution, including software and hardware.

Our Greater Purpose:

To be the leading supplier of quality, hardware and software solutions to the regulated manufacturing and processing sector. To deliver best in class implementation, after sales service and support, that offers a fast ROI and represents real value for money.

How are you different?

DEM Machines offer a fully integrated factory solution that connects back office financial processes with factory floor processes such as barcode scanning, label printing, handheld devices, weighing scales, data capture devices etc. As a result, managers now have real-time factory floor data, powering them to make quicker, better decisions that can be backed up by that data.

Our industrial weighing equipment is fully customisable and made to order which means our customers get the best fit for their business, no matter what size or industry.

By offering a combined hardware and software solution, our pricing is very competitive. Additionally, with DEM Machines, companies have one point of contact for their systems so time is saved not only during project implementation but going forward with maintenance and service etc.

Why will the product/company do well?

Access to data and visibility of that data in key business areas such as process manufacturing, human capital, sales, inventory management and supply chain management, together with DEM’s integration capabilities on the factory floor, positions our solutions as industry leading.

Business owners are realising that transforming business digitally means staying ahead of their competitors, therefore a wise strategic move. Smart technologies are disrupting manufacturing and so by investing in DEM’s integrated ERP, means future-proofing a business. Industry 4.0, smart factory technologies, the internet of things and lean manufacturing are concepts disrupting traditional manufacturing and DEM Machines aims to be at the forefront of that revolution.
